Rick Santorum Please Shut Up

No this isn't about politics or the presidential race this about people saying dumb things and today's king of dumb is the former senator from Pennslyvania now running for the GOP nominationterday Rick Santorum suggested Penn State forfeit any bowl game they may be invited to or earn. WHAT????? Why would  Penn State penalize thousands for the actions of a few. It makes me crazy when I hear people say this especially a politician who is jumping in the fray to try and score cheap political points. It makes NO SENSE why thousands pay the price because a few Penn State officials,perhaps some in law enforcement,prosecutors perhaps even turned their backs on the  alleged sex fiend Jerry Sandusky. It would make no sense for any parent with multiple kids punish all of them for the actions of 1. You aren't sending a message at all but rather taking the easy way out. Truth be told i like Santorum the politician but dude you sound like a fool with this pass up a bowl game Penn State. Ridiculous

You send no message,you hand out no justice by penalizing all the current players,past players,the fans who might want to go to a nice destination for a vacation by telling them all sorry sucker but since you root for penn State you also have to be penalized. The fans did nothing wrong. the current roster had nothing to do with the cover-up. Past players unless someone knows more had nothing to do with this sick criminal spree so why make them pay the price. Our society sadly goes for the wquick easy fix and doesn't think through the ramifications of it.. Tell me someone what message does it send to shut down PSU Football? While you are at it you also them make the volley ball team,.the basketball teams,the wrestling teams pay the price cause Football pays the way so wehat did all those athletes and family's do wrong-NOTHING! yet the no thinmking segment wants them to suffer for the crimes of a few. here is the message you send--If you know someone or cheer someone that does something bad-even heinous you will be penalized as well which tells me that no one should have friends,associates,rooting interest or a life at all. those who feel this way it's simple-You are wrong and you are clueless. Your justice is to make more then ther guilty pay the price. that's not justice that's stupidity!
