Selling Penn State To New Recruits

As we try to spin the Penn State situation forward, the obvious issue that head coach Bill O'Brien is going to encounter is trying to recruit high school kids to attend the University and play for a program that is on probation. If you were O'Brien or one of his fellow recruits, how would you "sell" Penn State to a high school kid and his family?
