Should Carmelo Anthony Have Played Last Night?

During last night’s game against the Denver Nuggets, two players left the game early for the Knicks – Carmelo Anthony and Tyson Chandler, both with knee injuries. Chandler’s injury came late in the first half, when he seemed to hyper-extend his left knee. It turned out to be a bruised knee and Chandler has committed to playing against Portland tonight.

However, with Carmelo Anthony, his right knee caused problems all over again and caused him to leave the game in the 3rd quarter. He is back in New York and will have his knee examined again, while having more fluid drained. Do you think Carmelo should have played in last night’s game against Denver?
