Should Major League Baseball Adopt A Tiebreaker Policy?

Entering the final day of the 2012 MLB Regular Season, there is a possibility we could finish with a tie atop the American League East between the New York Yankees and the Baltimore Orioles. This would mean a one-game playoff game in Baltimore on Thursday, and this has Brian Noe fuming mad. Do you think Major League Baseball should adopt a tiebreaker policy, like the NFL has, so teams don't have to play an extra game to determine a division champion?
