Should NCAA Take Wins Away From Paterno?

Grambling State University has made a request to the NCAA to have Penn State football victories taken off the books for Joe Paterno, so former legendary GSU coach Eddie Robinson can once again be recognized as the winningest coach in Division 1-A Football history. Should the NCAA grant this request and take wins off the books for Joe Paterno?
