R.A. Dickey has won his 20th game of the year. Dickey is now tied for first in the National League in wins, first in strikeouts and second in the in ERA, which certainly makes him a contender for the Cy Young award.

Dickey’s competition for the award is pretty fierce. Gio Gonzalez has 20 wins and a sub 3 ERA on the NL East champion Nationals, Clayton Kershaw leads the league in ERA but only has 12 wins, and Kyle Lohse has quietly posted 16 wins with only 3 losses. So, the question is, should Dickey take the hardware home, despite the fact that he pitches for a bottom-feeding club?
