Should the Bills Keep Jim Schwartz? [POLL]

With the Bills reportedly on the verge of hiring Rex Ryan for a monster 5 years, $27.5 million, multiple outlets indicate that Buffalo will likely retain defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Bills have to be fueled to hire Rex because of his defensive resume, right? Then why keep a defensive coordinator who has a different philosophy and not to mention, his own strong personality as well.

Sounds like more of a challenge than an easy resolution. And what's be honest, with the mess at quarterback, Rex already has his hands full with enough challenges, doesn't he?
