Much like UAlbany, the Siena men's basketball team won its final tune-up before the "Albany Cup" this weekend. The Saints dropped Hofstra, 81-68, behind 22 points from Brett Bisping.

Bisping was one of four Saints in double-figures: Marquis Wright had 15, Javion Ogunyemi had 12 and Nico Clareth had 10.

The Saints outrebounded Hofstra, 41-34 and also shot 45 percent from the floor.

Siena scored in the 80s again, consistent with their season average of 78.4 ppg.

With the win, Jimmy Patsos' crew moves to 6-4.

Looking ahead to the game with UAlbany (Saturday, 7:30 p.m., Times Union Center): The Danes are 7-3 and winners of five straight. They've also won three straight "Albany Cup" games.

That game is really going to come down to pace and tempo. Whichever team can get the game going at their speed has the edge. If the game is in the 80s, then Siena has the edge, if it's in the 50s or 60s, the Danes probably win.
