Siena WBB Hosting “Pink Game” on Thursday

The Siena College women’s basketball team is hosting its 14th Annual Pink Zone game on Thursday night against Quinnipiac.

The game begins at 7 p.m. and is presented by Berkshire Bank. The game is raising money for the Capital Region Action Against Breast Cancer (CRAAB!).

Siena is looking to raise more than $30,000 for the second straight year.

The players will wear special pink uniforms and all fans in attendance are encouraged to wear pink. The first 500 fans will receive pink pom poms.

The game will also feature a survivors recognition prior to tip-off in which local breast cancer survivors will be honored for their fight against the disease.

Tickets are $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and $5 for children. Siena students with valid ID will get in free.

Proceeds from the event will benefit CRAAB!
