While the 'Albany Cup' garners a lot of attention on the men's side, don't forget that the women take part in the rivalry too!

The women's game tips-off at 5 p.m. at the Times Union Center as 6-2 UAlbany travels to 4-5 Siena.

The Danes have won the last five installments of the matchup but Siena is in a better position than they have been in years coming off a trip to the CBI Finals a year ago.

We spoke today with Saints head coach Ali Jaques about the rivalry and what it means, as well as what the Saints can do to take down the Great Danes.

We also spoke about the impact this game has a chance to have on young players in the Capital Region -- as well as what the defensive approach is on UAlbany stars Shereesha Richards and Imani Tate.

Siena features the MAACs third-best scoring defense while Albany has the best offense in the America East.
