Siena’s Search, JG3’s Recruitment & Joe Cremo’s Official Visits

With Siena in the middle of a head coaching search, it's time to cut through some of the rumors and the ever-growing list of names attached to the Saints' opening. There's no one better to do that than ESPN college basketball insider Jeff Goodman. Ditto for the intense recruitment of Joseph Girard III and official visits on Joe Cremo's grad transfer list.

Even as late as they are in the game, Siena is set to take its time as it makes a decision on its next head coach. At clearly a critical crossroads for this program, administrators won't be rushed by a timeline that could sway the commitments of some recruits and to a lesser degree some season ticket holders and donors.

As for Joseph Girard III, it appears his decision is down to a final four of sorts. Joe Cremo, meanwhile, is fresh off a visit to Creighton with an upcoming trip to Texas. On those fronts, Goodman is preaching patience as well. Fit trumps any timeline.
