Check out the above video from April where ESPN Sunday Night Baseball commentators Dan Schulman and John Kruk are commenting on the sleeping Yankees fan.

Did they really cause this guy $10 million dollar in harm!? That's what he's suing for.

Too bad he didn't spill a hot cup of coffee on his lap while falling asleep, huh? Then he really would've been banking.
