Soccer: Pitch Perfect with Levack & Goz 6/9

This week provided some interesting story lines in the soccer world.

In the Premier League, Southampton reported Liverpool for "tapping-up" or tampering in American sports their coveted centre-back Virgil van Dijk. Van Dijk had agreed to join the Merseyside club earlier in the week, but when Southampton heard of the rumors, they became furious and reported Liverpool to the Premier League. Liverpool then apologized for their 'misunderstanding' and ended their interest in the player.

Also, the USMNT got set to take on Mexico in their World Cup Qualifier. Could they inch closer to a possible World Cup birth in Russia?
