Sochi Street Dog Wanders Into Cross Country Training [VIDEO]

Street dogs have been an interesting and sad storyline of the early Sochi Olympics. Earlier this week we learned that there were so many wandering canines in and around the Olympic venues that Russian authorities had hired an independent company to literally shoot any and all dogs they see to make sure they don't harm any athletes. This obviously isn't sitting well with animal rights activists who find it inhumane and wonder why this issue wasn't addressed more peacefully earlier.

Also, what independent company do you hire to kill stray dogs for you? Only in Russia can you contract that sort of thing out.

Anyway, the most pathetic part of this story is that they still haven't even solved the problem. They've sparked international outrage by funding a company to assassinate innocent animals and yet we still have dogs interfering with the athletes. Its so pathetic its comical.
