For all intents and purposes the Miami Heat's season comes down to game 4 Thursday night in San Antonio. Not the the Heat would tell you in public, but in private I am guessing they hope Spurs point guard Tony Parker can't play.

Parker was diagnosed with a grade 1 strain of his hamstring. Grade 1 being the least troublesome, or if you prefer the most mild.

Parker left the game 3 blowout early, then returned for a few minutes before retiring to the bench for the remainder of the game. Turns out the Spurs didn't need him as they destroyed Miami by 36 points, mainly behind the exploits of Danny Green and Gary Neal. Those 2 combined to score 51 points.

If Parker can't play then Spurs coach Gregg Popovich has some interesting choices. Does he go with Neal who did some fill in for Parker and was brilliant. Popovich could opt to go with the youngster Cory Joseph. He played a bit on Tuesday as well, and hit a terrific shot and got the foul on 1 drive.
