Former Apple CEO Steve Jobs battled pancreatic cancer for eight years.  The brilliant visionary leaves behind a wife and four children after passing away on Wednesday evening.

Apple's board of directors issued a statement regarding the death of Steve Jobs.  "We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today.  Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives.  The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.  His greatest love was for his wife, Laurene, and his family.  Our hearts go out to them and to all who were touched by his extraordinary gifts."

Steve Jobs states in the attached video that he grew Apple from a company in a garage to a two billion-dollar business with 4,000 employees in 10 years.  Look no further than innovations such as the iMac, iPad, and iPhone to gauge the level of success and amount of knowledge Steve Jobs possessed.  He was a man with an incredible mind who will be missed by many.
