After wilting to the miserable Detroit Pistons, it’s official: The Knicks have hit rock bottom. The team lacks effort, looks dejected and plays virtually no defense. They are destined to miss the post season, they don’t have a first round pick, and Carmelo Anthony may leave as a free agent. Things aren’t looking too good.

Today on Joe & Brix, Ian Begley of ESPN New York hopped on to discuss the current state of the club. During the conversation, Begley shared his insight on Melo’s free agency, J.R. Smith’s playing time and his opinion on Adam Silver’s new age restriction for incoming players.
