The debate over Oscar Pistorius and his Olympic eligibility has and will continue to rage on as long as he competes in these Olympic Games. If you’re unaware of the debate, it is whether or not Pistorius’ prosthetic legs give him an unfair advantage over those who run on full “natural” human legs.

It was announced on Tuesday that New York Mets Pitcher Mike Pelfrey was placed on the disabled list with Elbow Inflamation. It turns out it was much worse as an MRI revealed a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in Pelfrey's right elbow. He will need Tommy John Surgery and will miss the remainder of the 2012 season.
