American gymnast Aly Raisman added to the US medal total at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London on Tuesday, while China widened its lead in the overall medal count. Here’s a recap of the day’s events:

The debate over Oscar Pistorius and his Olympic eligibility has and will continue to rage on as long as he competes in these Olympic Games. If you’re unaware of the debate, it is whether or not Pistorius’ prosthetic legs give him an unfair advantage over those who run on full “natural” human legs.

Throughout the Olympics we've been following local Judoka Nick Delpopolo as he battled for gold in London. Unfortunately for Nick, his trip has not gone as he had hoped.

His name isn't Casey Martin but his case is just as controversial, and in many ways  more egregious then the disabled golfer. In the land of PC such words shouldn't be uttered, but I don't live in PC land. Pistorius should not have been allowed to compete in the Olympic games, and if JUSTICE matters he shouldn't be eligable to compete for the 2016 games in Brazil.

NBC's coverage of the Games of the XXX Olympiad have been a polarizing topic throughout its nine days thus far. Well, they were at it again on Sunday, refusing to air Usain Bolt's Olympic record performance in the men's 100m dash live so it could be saved for tape delay later in the evening...

2012 Olympic runner Oscar Pistorius from South Africa is breaking barriers this year in London. Just this Saturday, the man known as “Blade Runner” competed in the 400-meter run and finished in second to move on to the semifinals this Sunday. And he did all this with two prosthetic racing legs.
