Pineda Could Be Suspended 10 Games
Multiple reports indicate that an MLB spokesman has stated that there's no automatic suspension for Michael Pineda as MLB vice president Joe Torre will review the situation.
According to MLB Rule 8.02(a)(2), Michael Pineda could be out for the next week and a half:
The pitcher shall be ejected immediately from the game and shall be suspended automatically for 10 games...
