The Shenendehowa Athletic Department has announced the following individuals and one team have been selected for induction as the 2012 Class of the Shenendehowa Athletic Hall of Fame.

Shenendehowa's Alex Kinkaid (eClub Capital District) shot two rounds of 74 for 148 to finish in a fifth place tie in the New York State Junior Championship at Mark Twain Golf Course (Elmira).

The Section II community lost a fine individual recently. Roger Seward of Amsterdam, one of the big supporters of student-athletes in Section II, passed away.

Section II was well represented on the state girls softball team recognized by the New York State Sportswriters and Coaches Organization for Girls Sports.
