Terrell Owens has finally received a another shot in the NFL, inking a one year deal with the Seattle Seahawks to put him in the NFL for the first time since the 2010.

Owens had surgery on his knee last year and didn't receive any contract offers, which was alleged at one point to be the result of collusion between NFL teams to blackball Owens from the league. His last stop was Cincinnati, in which he caught 72 passes for just under 1,000 yards with 9 touchdowns in the 2010 season.

Reports from Owens' workouts with the Seahawks stated that he ran a 4.45 second 40 yard dash, a good sign for a team desperate to add more help at wide receiver given the struggles of Sidney Rice and ineffectiveness of other parts of the receiving corps. The addition of Owens and quarterback Matt Flynn should help to improve a passing attack that was 28th in the NFL last season.
