The BCS National Championship Game was a big winner last night. It was a win-win for EVERYONE! (Well, not Auburn, which sucks, but hey, War Eagle.)

Here were the three biggest winners:

1. Florida State - It's just not the fact that they won (obviously) but in the fashion that they did.

The offensive juggernaut struggled to put up 10 points in the first half and then proved in what turned out to be the most exciting final 5 minutes of a BCS National Championship, that they could hang with the SEC big boys.

Perhaps even more gratifying, Jameis Winston reassured the country that he's the best player in the game this year by cultivating a 5-play, 80-yard game-winning touchdown drive with only 13 seconds remaining on the clock.

2. ESPN  - The WorldWide Leader had their 'BCS MegaCast' going on with each one of their channels having different coverage of the game. In summary, it was a 'MegaSuccess'.

My favorite was ESPN News and their 'Coaches Film Room' with Texas A&M's Kevin Sumlin, Boston College's Steve Addazio and more, breaking down the game as it was happening.

ESPN struck gold on this one. Look for this concept to be repeated in other sports and big games.

3. Johnny Manziel - He started his evening getting national publicity on the pre and post-game set for ESPN and seen rubbing elbows with celebrities and Tim Tebow (oh, so jealous).

Then late into the night Manziel partied at an LA Night Club where he walked out with two FSU Models by his side. Tough. Life. Johnny. Football.
