Tiger Looks Promising In Return
For the first time since May Tiger Woods teed off at a professional golf tournament. He said he felt like he was 100% healthy and it showed on the golf course.
Many thought they were watching the old Tiger Woods on Thursday. He made his return to professional golf and had a pretty good day. He finished up 2 under 68 at Bridgestone, and the crowds were once all eyes on Tiger.
Woods is tied for 18th right now. He's 6 strokes behind Adam Scott who is using Woods old caddie, Steve Williams. It would be nice if Woods could pull off a victory at the Bridgestone, though it's not likely. He has had 12 weeks off and finishing up at 2 under is a good step in the right direction.
I was hitting proper shots out there, and the distances I was hitting the golf ball, I hadn't hit the ball like this. This was fun, to be able to hit the ball with that much flush feeling the through the ball and speed I had. It was pretty nice.

The time off did more good for Tiger than just healing injuries. It's obvious now that he had a lot more to deal with and overcome. This is just Woods 8th start so far this season, and so far it looks like Tiger could be back.
