Tiger Woods Leaves WGC Event Due To Leg Injury

Tiger Woods was forced to leave a WGC event this weekend after he was dealing with some leg pain, a problem he has been dealing with in recent years.

After experiencing some problems in his left Achilles, Tiger Woods was forced to withdraw from a WGC event in Doral, Florida this weekend.   He left after hitting his tee shot on the 12th hole.  Since the 2011 Masters, Woods has been dealing with pain in his left Achilles, and yet to fully recover.

I felt tightness in my left Achilles warming up this morning, and it continued to get progressively worse.

Justin Rose ended up the winner of the event.  He beat Bubba Watson by one stroke, while Rory McIlroy finished two strokes back of Rose.
