Anthony Pate's last-second shot propelled Long Island Lutheran. Pate finished with 18 points.
Class B
Collegiate (AISAA) 62, Bishop Ludden (NYSPHSAA) 52.
Behind tournament MVP Ryan Frankel's 19 points, Collegiate (27-3) captured its fifth straight championship.
