It's "Throwback Thursday." So, why not take an opportunity to post a memory from exactly two months ago today? (H/T to UAlbany men's basketball assistant coach Josh Pelletier for the reminder!)

On March 14, UAlbany punched its ticket to its third straight NCAA tournament by defeating Stony Brook in the America East championship. How'd they do it? Trailing 50-48 with almost 17 seconds to play, Peter Hooley got the rebound off a missed shot from Ray Sanders and hit a three-pointer from the top of the key to give the Danes a 51-50 win.

Hooley lost his mother this season and left the team for a month in the middle of the year, so it was a sweet moment for the Danes' best player.

It also set off a wave of national exposure for the UAlbany program as Hooley appeared live on "SportsCenter" and even penned a personal piece for the New York Post.
