UAlbany Football No Longer Nationally Ranked

The UAlbany Great Danes lost to the Maine Black Bears this past Saturday 24-13. The Great Danes have now suffered their third loss in a row after falling to the Maine Black Bears the previous weekend. Despite two of three losses coming against two teams ranked in the top 11 in the country, the Great Danes fell out of the national ranking in this week's FCS coaches poll. The Great Danes had previously been ranked twenty third but are still receiving votes in the poll. The Great Danes received enough voters to have ranked them 32^nd but the weekly rankings only note the top 25 teams in the country. The Great Danes are now 4-3 overall and 1-3 in conference play.
