Today I spoke with UAlbany men's lacrosse coach, Scott Marr, as his team prepares for its America East tournament opener on Thursday at Stony Brook (vs. Stony Brook).

The interview is in two parts:

Part 1: Speaking on current 5-game winning streak, playing the No. 4 seed on their own field in the conference tournament, the benefits or drawbacks of a 14-game schedule, how the Danes' schedule has prepared them for the postseason, and the machine that is the Thompson Trio.

Part 2: How Marr has built the program up in his 14 years. He's the only head coach in the Division I era at UAlbany. And how do you recruit and out-recruit the top program's in the country?
