UAlbany Lacrosse Begins Practices for 2018 Season

The UAlbany Great Danes lacrosse team's practices have officially started for the 2018 season. Since last year's loss in the quarterfinals to the eventual national champion Maryland Terrapins, the Great Danes have gained preseason love across national platforms. Some publications believe the Great Danes should be considered the number one team in the country this season. Others have tabbed a UAlbany freshman as the best freshman in the country. Yesterday Connor Fields addressed the media about the Great Danes not getting the number one ranking from Inside Lacrosse poll

Last year the Great Danes picked up national publicity for their individual team photos  This year seems to be no different. The Daily Gazette featured this year's picture day. The Great Danes start their season February 17th on the road against the Syracuse Orange.
