UAlbany Star Joins Us

The UAlbany women's basketball team is off to a 9-6 start (2-0 in America East play) and the 18.7 points a game provided by junior star Shereesha Richards is a major reason why.

Richards joined me today to talk about the team's early season success, how the program has built itself into a power, the thrill of going on the road to UNC, and scoring her 1,000th point earlier this season.

Furthermore, I asked her if she thinks UAlbany athletics is in the middle of a "Golden Age."
