While the full UAlbany men's basketball schedule for the upcoming season won't come out until this summer, we can start to piece together the Danes early season schedule, courtesy of the Cincinnati basketball Twitter:

This tournament will see the Danes take on Duke on Nov. 12 at Cameroon Indoor Stadium. The two squads last met in the 2013 NCAA Tournament. Duke won that game, played in the first round.

Furthermore, Albany will take on Cincinnati on Nov. 14 in Cincy before heading to Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut to take on Grand Canyon (Nov. 19) and Brown (Nov. 20).

The Danes will certainly be a new-looked team in 2016-17 and it's impressive to see Will Brown and his staff stay committed to taking on excellent programs in their non-conference schedule.

UAlbany will be without Peter Hooley, Evan Singletary and Ray Sanders (graduation) as well as Richard Peters (transfer). But UAlbany will return Joe Cremo, Greig Stire, Mike Rowley, Dallas Ennema. They've also inked some JUCO transfers this week.
