The UAlbany men's basketball ran its home winning streak to 18 games on Wednesday night, topping Stony Brook by a score of 82-70.

With the win, the Danes are now 22-7 and 10-3 in the America East. Stony Brook sees its nation-best 18-game win streak come to an end. They are now 22-5 and 13-1 in the league.

Scotia native Joe Cremo led the way with 16 points, ten of which came at the foul line. CBA graduate Greig Stire had 13 points and really played well against two-time conference Player of the Year, Jameel Warney, who scored only 14 points.

The Danes also got contributions from Ray Sanders, who had 13 points, and Mike Rowley who added 10. Peter Hooley had 14 points and 12 rebounds to lead the Danes on the glass.
