Last night, the UConn women's basketball team won its fourth straight NCAA Championship by defeating the Syracuse Orange.

Ironically enough, it was Syracuse native Breanna Stewart who won the Most Outstanding Player for the fourth straight year.

I mean, look at the stats below in the following Tweet...

The Huskies are 122-1 over the past three years and change and have won every game by double-digits.

Last week the talk was that the UConn women were bad for the sport. That kind of dominance makes the sport boring and stale. Geno Auriemma said it best, "Was Tiger Woods bad for golf?"

The answer is no. We like dynasties. We like the UCLAs, and the Celtics, and the Lakers, and the Patriots. We like greatness. We appreciate greatness. Appreciate greatness.

UConn has set the standard and everyone else is forced to catch up. There's nothing wrong with that.

You don't like UConn being so dominant? Then develop the talent to beat them.
