The Union Dutchmen captured the school's first national championship in a 7-4 victory against Minnesota on Saturday night.

Union head coach Rick Bennett was asked last Thursday on 104.5 The Team why he believes in not having a curfew for his team when on the road.

"My players know that the time to party will be after the game on Saturday night," said Bennett. "That's their mentality."

The mentality and determination from Bennett's team paid off in their second trip to the Frozen Four in three years.

Bennett will join Armen and Levack on Monday at 4:30pm on 104.5 The Team.

The Dutchmen join Yale from 2013 as the second ECAC team in a row to win the national championship.
