The Lansingburgh graduate is the 15th player in Union's history to receive All-America recognition.

Gallo, who finished the season with 67 receptions for 1,178 yards and 16 touchdowns, was previously named the d3football.com East Region Offensive Player of the Year. Gallo was also named to the d3football.com East Region first team and the Liberty League first team.

Gallo became only the second Dutchman player to surpass 3,000 career receiving yards this season and broke the school record in the final game, finishing with 3,288 yards.

Gallo finished eight in the nation in receiving yards per game (117.8) and set a new Union single-season touchdown receiving record.

Justin helped his team regain the Dutchman Shoes trophy this season. In the game against RPI, Gallo made nine receptions for 115 yards and caught three touchdowns. He combined, with younger brother Connor, to score all five of Union's touchdowns, in the 38-28 victory.

“Those two kids are good kids,” said Union coach John Audino, following the victory over RPI. “They’re real competitive kids and we’ll miss them next year.”

Previously, Justin Gallo was a junior college All-American on the basketball court for Hudson Valley Community College.

Justin Gallo scored 1,148 points in two season for the Vikings and remains the program's second on the all-time scoring list. Justin Gallo also ranks in the Top 10 in steals (fourth) and 3-pointers (second), while setting a program record with a 40-point game against Broome, during the 2007-08 season.
