After missing most of 2014 and all of 2015 with injury, Victor Cruz looked pretty good at Giants practice on Tuesday.

Cruz looked crisp coming out of his breaks and exhibited good hands as well. If Cruz can come back and be a part of the Giants offense in the slot again, the G-Men become instantly more formidable in the NFC East.

The Giants offense wasn't even the problem last year, but adding a healthy Cruz would go a long way towards helping Eli Manning. And if the Giants can figure out their defensive issues, they can really be dangerous in a division that has a lot of questions.

Cruz has two 1,000 yard seasons in two full seasons, and was just two yards short in playing 14 games in 2013. In 2014 he played just six games before going out with an injury against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Cruz was also an integral part of the Giants 2011 Super Bowl run.
