Two familiar faces for football fans will be at the Times Union Center Saturday April 14th when the Albany Empire kickoff their inaugural season. "Touchdown" Eddie Brown will be honored in a pregame ceremony before kickoff. The legendary Albany Firebird, will serve as an honorary team captain. Plus, his jersey number "!7", will be officially retired and lifted to the Times Union Center's rafters. His son, All-Pro NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown, will also be in attendance and will serve as the team's honorary team captain along side his father before the game.
