What Should Be The Yankees’ Postseason Pitching Rotation?

With six games left in the 2012 MLB regular season, it's time for the Yankees to finalize their postseason pitching rotation, and there are certain players not making things easy to decide (i.e. Phil Hughes and Ivan Nova). If you were in Joe Girardi's shoes, how would you set the Yankees pitching rotation for the upcoming postseason?
