As we enter the final three weeks of the 2012 NFL season, there are two players with legitimate shots at breaking NFL records. Vikings running back Adrian Peterson needs 506 yards to break the single-season rushing record, set by Eric Dickerson back in 1984. Meanwhile, there’s Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who needs 303 more receiving yards to break Jerry Rice’s single-season record from 1995. Will none, one or both of these records be broken this season?
