Each Wednesday at 4pm, Levack and I discuss the most confusing sports stories in a segment simply called "WHY?!". Each week we are presented with a story that has happened in the past week in sports and we have to figure out why the event has occurred. Although the concept of the segment sounds simple, it truly is much harder to come to a conclusion on the topics. This week one of the hotly debated topics was the New York Jets' decision to name Geno Smith as the starting quarterback for the team.k. Geno Smith has not started a game for the Jets since 2014. The Jets finished the 2014 season with a 4-12 record while Smith's performances were underwhelming. Levack and I also touch on the lack of  support for my new nickname "Gozzie Bear".. Luckily today our listeners began to embrace the name with the hashtag #GozzyBear. To listen to this week's video, click the link below.
