Wincowski On Jimmer’s Heels

Joel Wincowski of Lake George scored 33 points in Saturday night's Adirondack League Championship game against Fort Ann. With the output, Wincowski is now the No. 2 all-time leading scorer in Section II at 2,384 points.

He's just 20 away from tying the all-time leader, New Orleans Pelicans guard Jimmer Fredette. He needs 21 for the record and will have a chance to do that in his first Sectional game.

Sectional pairings come out Wednesday morning.

Lake George beat Fort Ann, 67-57.
