Musgrove is 7-1 with a 2.85 ERA this season for the ValleyCats. The big righty is armed with a 90+ MPH fastball, a good breaking ball, and great command of the strike zone. In 77 innings pitched this season, the former supplemental first-round pick has 67 strikeouts versus just 10 walks.

Because the NYPL Championship Series is a best-of-three, the 'Cats find themselves on the eve of elimination.

Game 1 was a pitchers duel, with just five hits being registered between the two teams. The ValleyCats had just two of them and will need their offense to come to life tonight.

These two teams met in the championship series last season, with the ValleyCats winning their second New York-Penn League Championship.
