Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Zack Greinke has some choice words for St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Chris Carpenter.

Chris Carpenter pitched an absolute gem against the Philadelphia Phillies on Friday night.  The Cardinals ace threw a three-hit shutout in a series-clinching Game 5 win against Philadelphia.  The Cardinals won the game 1-0.  It was one of the best playoff pitching performances you will see.  Zack Greinke had other things to address on Saturday other than Carpenter's brilliant performance.

Greinke told reporters at Miller Park on Saturday what his teammates think of Carpenter.  "They think his presence, his attitude out there sometimes is like a phony attitude," Greinke said.  "And then he yells at people.  He just stares people down and stuff.  And most pitchers just don't do that.  And when guys do, I guess some hitters get mad.  Some hitters do it to pitchers. But when you do that some people will get mad.  There's other pitchers in the league that do it, but, I don't know, a lot of guys on our team don't like Carpenter."

It's no secret that the Brewers and Cardinals don't like each other.  Brewers center fielder, Nyjer Morgan, got into a heated confrontation with Carpenter earlier this season.  After striking out, Morgan took his chewing tobacco and tossed it in Carpenter's direction.  The benches cleared and words were exchanged.  There might be plenty of words exchanged when the Cardinals face the Brewers in the NLCS.  Game 1 is this Sunday at 4:05pm ET.
