Bob’s Diner Goes Vial On Social Media
It is always nice to see one of your local favorites get some love on social media. We've got some really amazing places in the Capital Region that have been around for a long time. There's a reason why some of these spots have been open since your grandparents were kids.
Bob's Diner is one of those signature places in the area that everyone has gone to, and there's a good chance that you've been there late. They are one of the last 24-hour diners left around the Albany, NY area. This place has been serving up some classic diner food since 1979 and they don't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
Bob's Goes Viral
He ordered eggs cooked in butter, home fries, bacon, toast and a black coffee. Of course he was pleased with all of that because what diner can't hang their hat on cooking a dynamite breakfast? Bob's is one of the best for that.
During their visit they were also told to order a peanut butter and jelly from Bob's. This seems like a very simple thing but he raved about it. I think the only place I've ever gotten a PB&J from besides making one at home would be from Stewart's on a hard roll. I may have to check this out.

Don't sleep on some of these local legends because they're going to be around for a lot longer than us. You got to love the classic diner feel that Bob's brings to the table, and like he said in the video, always serving up a nice big cup of coffee. That's also one of the things I look for when going to a Diner. How big is that cup of coffee going to be?
Bob's is one of my top diners in the area. The number one choice for me has got to be The Gateway Diner on Central. It never misses and maybe I might even convince p_flem to visit it with me for a little collaboration.
