Ghost’s New Root Beer Has Arrived – Here’s Where To Get It
Energy drink fans from all over were anxiously awaiting the arrival of the newest addition to the Ghost line of energy drinks. This one is with A&W root beer and after trying it I have to say, I am a fan.
I am a well documented fan of energy drinks, and I haven't found one yet that I wasn't at least willing to try. As a fan of root beer I was also very excited to get my hands on this particular one from Ghost.
Where can I get the new Ghost A&W collab in Upstate New York?
I have so far found it myself in three locations around the greater Capital Region. The first place I grabbed it was at my gym. Best Fitness in Albany had it stocked in their cooler so I had to get a can when I saw that. Not long after that I found it at the Target in Colonie. I was also able to find it at Walmart. I have been told it is also available at some Market 32 locations, but I haven't been to one to find out. It was not on the shelves at my Hannaford when I went grocery shopping this past weekend.

I think that it arrived in some places earlier than expected. I was able to find it at my gym last week. Now it appears to be readily available at many other places.
Just when I thought that my era of growing up in the 90s was the biggest era for limited edition drinks, the energy drink collab era has just begun. This isn't the first or last collab from Ghost. Most recently I was very into their limited edition one they did with 7Up. I think that these are smart ways to get the product out in front of other audiences.
Ghost root beer quick review
After trying it I will be having it again. It tasted just like root beer, but still has that energy drink consistency. I guess for me that was what felt a little weird. I'm used to root beer feeling a bit more foamy and this was lacking that, as it should as an energy drink. It drank easy, and it wasn't heavy. If you like root beer, you'll love this. If you don't, I would skip it.
