Keep Revving Your Engines! New Coffee Co. Opens 2nd Location in Albany

There is a new coffee game in the Capital Region. It is sure to get your engine running. Two local marketing and PR firm executives are now in the coffee business. They opened Motor Oil Coffee's first location in Schenectady last year. They have plans for more locations and their next location opens this week in Albany.

Who Started this New Coffee Venture?

On April Fools Day 2021, Joe Bonilla announced that he was starting a coffee company. It was thought to be a joke because he is in the PR business. But it wasn't. He and his business partner, Rich Fazio decided to bring their new coffee to the forefront.

Where Are the Motor Oil Coffee Co. Locations?

This first one opened on Union Street in Schenectady in November of 2022.

The second location for Motor Oil Coffee Co. is 136 State Street in Albany. The grand opening is this Wednesday, April 5th. This is the former location of Capital Melts sandwich shop. Motor Oil Coffee Co. serves coffee, tea, soft drinks, baked goods, and some lighter options. They are open from 7 am until 4 pm Monday through Friday. The shop is closed on weekends.

Another Motor Oil Coffee Co. is Coming Soon!

There will be an update soon of another Motor Oil Coffee Co coming to the warehouse district in Albany. It will be inside Slip 12 which is the former Huck Finn warehouse property.
