The owner's Bimi's Cheese Shop in Chatham are getting ready to open another Main Street establishment.

When you think of a stunning walkable downtown with greet places to shop and eat, images of Main Street in Chatham most likely get conjured up in your mind. That quaint downtown destination is about to add another great restaurant to its list of eateries.

According to Notes on Napkins,  Ellen Waggett and Chris Landy who currently operate Bimi's Cheese Shop at 19 Main Street in Chatham are about to add to their culinary offerings: plans are underway to open Bini's Canteen and Bar at 21 Main Street. They are currently working on staffing up the new eatery headed by chef Josh Kelly and no timetable has been set yet for an opening.

The Notes On Napkins story says patrons can expect a locally sourced "hyper-seasonal menu"  in the space that The Taste Box used to call home.
