It's rare that we get a guy that follows a team for a living to pull the plug as early as Mike Rodak has on the Buffalo Bills. This has been the team that's tougher than any other to figure out all season long. Starting this year's campaign 0-2 then firing their Offensive Coordinator, who happened to be the highest paid OC in the NFL before being let go. Then rally to win four straight games, only to lose the next three.

This week is basically a must win against Cincinnati and Rodak isn't liking the Bills chances. With Head Coach Rex Ryan calling out the players during the bye week saying there will be open competitions for their jobs and injuries alone, it promises to be a tough week for the Bills.

Here's hoping Rodak has missed the mark but you really need to hear the man out as to why he thinks this year is over and does he think Rex Ryan is on the hot seat.
