Last night Goz and I once again had the honor of helping in the final selection and introduction of the Albany Empresses and once again we had a blast. The team looks like they will be amazing again this year just like last year.

These 21 women started the night hoping to be the first ever members on the Albany Arena Football Dance Team. They didn't know the name of the team or how many would make it but they all wanted to dance and represent their home town team.
